Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing time and items to be shipped out. Holidays playoffs and Super Bowl times could delay processing time an additional week. Some items may be shipped out sooner but because all items are hand made upon request the items may take time. Please only contact me about shipping times if item is not received by the above time.
I personally check all garments before i begin to customize your order to check quality and to make sure there are no damages.
If item arrives with any damages due to shipping related issues Dippd n diamonds will not be liable for anything after leaving the facility. If item was made with mistake that was my error please email to discuss details so issue could be resolved within 2 weeks of arrival time. This means no refunds, exchanges or credit will be allowed all sales are final and by purchasing you agree to these terms.
